Motorola Solutions is seeking a proactive Business Analyst (Oracle CPQ) to bridge business stakeholders with technical execution teams, translating complex requirements into robust CPQ configurations. The role emphasizes AI-assisted drafting, testing, and workflow optimization to accelerate NPI cycles and improve orderability.

You will partner with Product Owners, Sales, Engineering, and Supply Chain to deliver accurate specifications, validate configurations, and ensure a seamless ERP/CRM

Formación

• Proven experience gathering requirements and defining scope for Oracle CPQ implementations.
• Experience with ERP/CRM configuration and Oracle CPQ Admin features is preferred.
• Knowledge of AI tools (e.g., Google Gemini) for drafting requirements and testing scripts.
• Familiarity with Agile vs Waterfall methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications for Oracle CPQ.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Factory teams.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate documentation and test script generation.
• Ensure CPQ configurations are defect-free and orderable.
• Simplify BOMs and rule logic to reduce ordering complexity.
• Coordinate with development and QA to validate changes and deployments.
