Motorola Solutions is seeking a proactive Business Analyst (Oracle CPQ) to bridge business and technical teams. You will translate complex product requirements into robust CPQ configurations while applying AI tools to streamline drafting, testing, and workflow optimization.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience gathering requirements and creating functional Oracle CPQ specifications.
• Experience with Oracle CPQ and ERP systems, including BOMs and rule-based configurations.
• Hands-on with AI tools (e.g., Google Gemini) for drafting requirements and testing scripts.
• Strong SQL/PLSQL knowledge and scripting abilities a plus.
• Proficient process modeling and stakeholder communication within Agile teams.

Responsabilidades

• Gather and manage requirements, translating business needs into technical Oracle CPQ specs.
• Leverage generative AI to accelerate documentation, process modeling, and test case creation.
• Ensure CPQ configurations are defect‑free, orderable, and compliant with UX standards.
• Simplify Bills of Materials, rules, and offering structures with Product Management and Engineering.
• Drive SKU reduction, product cancellation analysis, and catalog simplification.
• Collaborate with developers to clarify requirements and validate post‑development.
• Coordinate with factory and supply chain to ensure smooth Sales Orders processing.
• Design comprehensive test plans, scenarios, and scripts for changes.
• Contribute effectively in an Agile environment delivering ERP/CRM implementations.
