Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a proactive Business Analyst for Oracle CPQ to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams. You will gather and transform complex product requirements into robust CPQ configurations and leverage AI tools to automate documentation and testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–3 years of strong experience as a Business Analyst gathering requirements and creating functional specifications for Oracle CPQ.
• Hands-on experience with SQL/PL/SQL and scripting languages; familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Google Gemini) is a plus.
• Experience with requirement gathering, process modeling, and working in Agile vs. Waterfall environments.
• Knowledge of Bills of Materials (BOM) and rule-based configuration models within Oracle ERP.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define product scope and translate business requirements into Oracle CPQ specifications.
• Leverage AI tools to draft requirements, generate test scripts, and optimize processes.
• Ensure configurations are defect-free, orderable, and aligned with CPQ standards and UX.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to simplify BOMs and configuration rules.
• Support QA with test plans and validation post-development.
• Work with Factory and Supply Chain to verify configuration rules and smooth order fulfilment.
