Motorola Solutions seeks a proactive Business Analyst (Oracle CPQ) to bridge business and technical teams. You will gather and translate complex product requirements into robust CPQ configurations, with hands-on AI tool usage to streamline drafting and testing.

Requirements include 1–3 years in BA for Oracle CPQ, knowledge of SQL/PL-SQL, and experience with Oracle ERP suites. Expect an experienced, collaborative, Agile environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, CS, or related field.
• 1–3 years as a Business Analyst gathering requirements for Oracle CPQ.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., Google Gemini) for writing requirements and test scripts.
• Familiarity with Oracle EBS/PLM/CPQ admin features is preferred.
• Proficiency in SQL/PL-SQL or scripting languages is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications for Oracle CPQ.
• Leverage AI tools to draft process models, analyze data, and generate test scenarios.
• Ensure configurations in Oracle CPQ are accurate and maintain orderability.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Sales, Engineering, and Supply Chain to define scope.
• Partner with developers to clarify requirements and validate post-development.
