Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a proactive Business Analyst (Oracle CPQ) to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams in Dallas. You will gather, analyze, and translate complex product requirements into robust CPQ configurations using Oracle CPQ and AI tools to streamline documentation and test cases.

You will collaborate with Product Owners, Sales, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure orderable configurations, simplify BOMs, and support agile ERP/CRM implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field.
• 1–3 years in a Business Analyst role gathering requirements and creating functional specs for Oracle CPQ.
• Experience with Oracle CPQ and Oracle ERP systems is preferred.
• Hands-on with AI tools (e.g., Google Gemini) for drafting requirements and test scripts.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and translate product requirements into CPQ specifications.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Sales, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure accurate configurations.
• Develop test scenarios, validate configurations, and align QA with Agile delivery.
• Streamline BOMs and offer structures; drive configuration rule simplification.
• Partner with developers to clarify requirements and support post-development testing.
