Motorola Solutions is seeking a proactive Business Analyst (Oracle CPQ) to bridge business stakeholders with technical teams in our Product Orderability group. You will translate complex product requirements into CPQ configurations and leverage AI tools to draft requirements and generate test scenarios.

Ideal candidates will have 1–3 years in BA roles, experience with Oracle CPQ, and strong analytical skills to drive orderability and ERP/CRM implementations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).

• Gather and translate business requirements into detailed Oracle CPQ specs.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Factory teams.
• Leverage AI tools to draft requirements and generate test scenarios.
• Ensure configurations are defect-free and orderable.
• Simplify BOMs and rule logic in collaboration with teams.
• Work with developers to clarify requirements and validate post-development.
• Coordinate with factory and supply chain to verify rules.
• Design tests for BOMs and configuration changes.
