Qualifications

• 15+ years in Oracle Cloud ecosystem focused on manufacturing and supply chain.
• Proven success selling and delivering multi-million-dollar Oracle Cloud transformations.
• Strong executive presence with C-level stakeholder influence.
• Experience with GTM strategies and thought leadership.
• Ability to lead geographically dispersed consulting teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of Oracle Cloud Manufacturing opportunities through BD and executive relationships.
• Partner with Sales, Client Partners, and Alliance teams to identify, qualify, and close opportunities.
• Meet or exceed annual sales, revenue, and pipeline targets.
• Develop account growth strategies expanding Oracle Cloud services within clients.
• Lead large-scale Oracle Cloud Manufacturing transformations and delivery.
• Design and implement end-to-end Sales-to-Delivery processes for project delivery.
• Lead design conversations with clients on effective Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Host executive workshops, roadmap discussions, and business process transformation sessions.
• Provide strategic guidance on Oracle Cloud adoption and operating-model change.
• Mentor project teams and guide clients on data-driven decision making.
