Job summary

IBM Consulting is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Portfolio Leader - Manufacturing to drive growth and delivery of the Oracle Cloud Manufacturing portfolio. You will combine executive advisory, business development, and large-scale transformation delivery to expand market presence and revenue.

You will lead cross-functional teams, shape go-to-market strategies, and ensure successful execution of complex Oracle Cloud programs while guiding clients through transformation and adoption journeys.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud ecosystem including Supply Chain and Manufacturing.
• Proven success selling and delivering multi-million-dollar Oracle Cloud transformation programs.
• Strong track record leading complex pursuits, RFP responses, solutioning workshops, and executive presentations.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-level client stakeholders.
• Experience developing GTM strategies, industry offerings, accelerators, and thought leadership.
• Proven ability to lead geographically dispersed consulting teams across multiple engagements.
• Experience managing P&L, practice growth, or portfolio financial performance preferred.
• Experience collaborating with Oracle sales, alliance, and partner organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of Oracle Cloud Manufacturing opportunities through business development and executive relationship management.
• Partner with Sales, Client Partners, and Alliance teams to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
• Meet or exceed annual sales, revenue, and pipeline generation targets.
• Develop account growth strategies that expand Oracle Cloud consulting services within existing clients.
• Sell and deliver large scale and complex Oracle Cloud Manufacturing Transformations.
• Design and implement end-to-end Sales-to-Delivery processes for successful project delivery.
• Lead end-to-end design conversations with clients around effective Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Lead executive workshops, roadmap discussions, and business process transformation sessions.
• Provide strategic guidance around Oracle Cloud adoption and operating model transformation.
• Mentor project teams and guide clients on data-driven decision making.
