Job summary

IBM Consulting in the U.S. seeks an Oracle Cloud Portfolio Leader - Manufacturing to grow and deliver Oracle Cloud Manufacturing programs.

You will lead executive workshops, design end-to-end solutions, and collaborate with Sales and Alliances to expand opportunities. This role requires 15+ years in Oracle Cloud, a proven track record selling and delivering multi‑million transformations, and the ability to lead geographically dispersed teams.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud ecosystem including Supply Chain and Manufacturing.
• Demonstrated success selling and delivering multi-million-dollar Oracle Cloud transformation programs.
• Proven track record of leading complex pursuits, RFP responses, solutioning workshops, and executive presentations.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-level client stakeholders.
• Experience developing GTM strategies, industry offerings, accelerators, and thought leadership.
• Proven ability to lead geographically dispersed consulting teams across multiple concurrent engagements.
• Experience managing P&L, practice growth, or portfolio financial performance preferred.
• Experience collaborating with Oracle sales, alliance, and partner organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of Oracle Cloud Manufacturing opportunities through business development, strategic account expansion, and executive relationship management.
• Partner with Sales, Client Partners, and Alliance teams to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
• Meet or exceed annual sales, revenue, and pipeline generation targets.
• Develop account growth strategies that expand Oracle Cloud consulting services within existing clients.
• Successful incumbent will work to help sell and deliver large scale and complex Oracle Cloud Manufacturing Transformations.
• Design and implement end-to-end Sales-to-Delivery processes to set the stage for successful project delivery across programs.
• Lead end-to-end design conversations with clients around effective solutions on Oracle Cloud.
• Lead executive workshops, roadmap discussions, and business process transformation sessions.
• Provide strategic guidance around Oracle Cloud adoption, operating model transformation, and organizational change.
• Mentor project teams and guide clients on adopting Cloud and data-driven decision making.
