Job summary

IBM Consulting is seeking an Oracle Cloud Portfolio Leader - Manufacturing to drive growth and delivery of the Oracle Cloud Manufacturing portfolio across clients. You will combine executive advisory, business development, and transformation delivery to expand market presence and revenue.

The role requires 15+ years in Oracle Cloud with proven experience in large-scale programs, GTM strategy, and leading dispersed teams. Hybrid work across the U.S. is supported.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud ecosystem including Supply Chain and Manufacturing.
• Demonstrated success selling and delivering multi-million-dollar Oracle Cloud transformation programs.
• Proven track record of leading complex pursuits, RFP responses, solutioning workshops, and executive presentations.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-level client stakeholders.
• Experience developing GTM strategies, industry offerings, accelerators, and thought leadership.
• Proven ability to lead geographically dispersed consulting teams across multiple concurrent engagements.
• Experience managing P&L, practice growth, or portfolio financial performance preferred.
• Experience collaborating with Oracle sales, alliance, and partner organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• - Own and grow a portfolio of Oracle Cloud Manufacturing opportunities through business development, strategic account expansion, and executive relationship management.
• - Partner with Sales, Client Partners, and Alliance teams to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
• - Meet or exceed annual sales, revenue, and pipeline generation targets.
• - Develop account growth strategies that expand Oracle Cloud consulting services within existing clients.
• - Successful incumbent will work to help sell and deliver large scale and complex Oracle Cloud Manufacturing Transformations
• - Design and implement end-to-end Sales-to-Delivery processes to set the stage for successful project delivery across programs
• - Lead end-to-end design conversations with clients around effective solutions on Oracle Cloud
• - Lead executive workshops, roadmap discussions, and business process transformation sessions.
• - Provide strategic guidance around Oracle Cloud adoption, operating model transformation, and organizational change.
• - Mentor project teams and guide clients on adopting Cloud and data-driven decision making.
