Job summary

IBM Consulting is seeking an Oracle Cloud Portfolio Leader - Manufacturing to drive growth and delivery of Oracle Cloud Manufacturing programs across enterprise clients in the U.S. You will blend executive advisory, business development, and practice leadership to expand revenue and shape go-to-market strategy.

You will lead multi-million-dollar transformations, manage global teams, partner with sales and alliances, and guide clients through cloud adoption and organizational change.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud ecosystem including Supply Chain and Manufacturing.
• Proven track record selling and delivering multi-million-dollar Oracle Cloud transformations.
• Experience leading complex pursuits, RFP responses, solutioning workshops, and executive presentations.
• Strong executive presence with ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
• Experience developing GTM strategies, industry offerings, accelerators, and thought leadership.
• Proven ability to lead geographically dispersed consulting teams.
• Experience managing P&L, practice growth, or portfolio financial performance.
• Experience collaborating with Oracle sales, alliance, and partner organizations.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of Oracle Cloud Manufacturing opportunities through business development and executive relationship management.
• Partner with Sales, Client Partners, and Alliance teams to identify, qualify, and close new opportunities.
• Meet or exceed annual sales, revenue, and pipeline targets.
• Develop account growth strategies expanding Oracle Cloud services within existing clients.
• Sell and deliver large-scale and complex Oracle Cloud Manufacturing transformations.
• Design end-to-end Sales-to-Delivery processes for successful project delivery.
• Lead design conversations with clients around effective Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Lead executive workshops, roadmap discussions, and business process transformation sessions.
• Provide strategic guidance on Oracle Cloud adoption, operating model transformation, and organizational change.
• Mentor project teams and guide clients on data-driven decision making.
