Job summary

IBM Consulting in the U.S. seeks an experienced Oracle Cloud Portfolio Leader for Manufacturing to grow and deliver Oracle Cloud Manufacturing programs, combining executive advisory, business development, and large-scale transformation delivery with client executives.

Lead end-to-end sales-to-delivery processes, expand market presence, shape GTM strategy, and mentor cross-functional teams through complex transformations while partnering with sales, alliance, and delivery partners.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud ecosystem including Supply Chain and Manufacturing.
• Proven success selling and delivering multi-million-dollar Oracle Cloud transformation programs.
• Strong executive presence with ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
• Experience developing GTM strategies, industry offerings, accelerators, and thought leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of Oracle Cloud Manufacturing opportunities through business development and executive relationship management.
• Lead end-to-end sales-to-delivery processes for successful project delivery across programs.
• Meet or exceed annual sales, revenue, and pipeline generation targets.
• Develop account growth strategies to expand Oracle Cloud consulting services within existing clients.
