Job summary

Laborie Medical Technologies Corp in Davenport, IA is seeking a Territory Manager for the Operating Room to drive sales and grow accounts within hospitals and ambulatory surgical centers across the assigned territory. You will train clinicians, provide product guidance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver service quality and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; additional years of related experience accepted.
• 5+ years of proven sales experience in medical device or related field, preferably in Urology.
• Strong problem-solving skills, results oriented approach, and demonstrated teamwork.
• Strong Operating Room knowledge coupled with materials management/procurement practices.
• Certification and credentialing to access assigned accounts within geography.
• Advanced presentation and negotiation skills; ability to identify business opportunities and persuade.
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Account Growth: Present and sell Laborie products and services to medical professionals to drive revenue growth.
• Clinical Support & Training: Advise physicians and staff on proper product use and provide in-service education.
• Business Development: Identify new prospects, follow up on leads, and prepare action plans, presentations, proposals, and contracts.
• Sales Tools & Reporting: Utilize available sales tools to develop prospects and maintain reports on activities, closings, forecasts, and follow-ups.
• Customer Relationship Management: Resolve customer concerns and coordinate internal resources for successful outcomes.
