Job summary

South Shore Health System in Cohasset seeks an Operating Room Service Line Coordinator. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; RN license.
• 5 years of OR nursing experience required.
• 2 years of management experience preferred.
• ACLS certification required.
• Demonstrates leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Evidence of ability to plan, organize and direct activities of others.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day clinical operations of designated surgical services.
• Serve as liaison between surgeons, staff, and hospital leadership.
• Support budgeting, capital planning, and service line development strategies.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling and case availability; optimize room turnover and workflows.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and regulatory standards.
