Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day clinical operations of specialty services.
• Serves as liaison between surgeons, staff, leadership and ancillary departments.
• Coordinates physician needs and submits product requests for trial based on surgeon preference.
• Provides staff education on new procedures, technologies, and protocols.
• Analyzes service line data and assists with budgeting and capital needs.
• Maintains room turnover and ensures equipment and supplies readiness.
