South Shore Health System is seeking an Operating Room Service Line Coordinator, a registered nurse responsible for coordinating clinical and operational activities for designated surgical specialties. This role collaborates with surgeons, CPD, materials management, and nursing leadership to optimize service line performance and patient outcomes.

Strong leadership, communication, and extensive OR experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with MA RN licensure.
• Minimum 5 years OR nursing experience; 2 years management preferred.
• Current ACLS certification required.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate day-to-day OR service line operations across surgical specialties.
• Serve as liaison between surgeons, staff, and leadership to optimize care.
• Collaborate with vendors and materials management for equipment and supplies.
• Support service line budgeting, capital planning, and development strategies.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and infection control adherence.
