Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• 2+ years of healthcare office experience.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with patient record systems and POS software.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients promptly and warmly.
• Answer the telephone in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Schedule appointments to optimize satisfaction and efficiency.
• Notify providers of patient arrivals and delays.
• Make reminder calls for appointments and pickups.
• Handle insurance eligibility and patient billing documentation.
• Maintain office inventory and supplies.
• Protect HIPAA confidentiality.
• Maintain a safe, compliant work environment.
• Support attendance and timekeeping; adhere to policies.
