Vision Innovation Partners is seeking a Patient Care Associate to manage the Front Desk, greet patients, and handle check-in/check-out and scheduling. You will support providers, maintain patient records, verify information, and assist with billing as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multitask.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of MS Office and EMR software a plus.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients professionally in person and by phone.
• Check-in and check-out patients; schedule appointments.
• Notify providers of patient arrivals and manage front desk flow.
• Verify patient information and collect charges when applicable.
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with billing as needed.
• Support providers with scheduling and documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Assist with inventory and front desk operations.
