Job summary

Vision Innovation Partners is hiring a Patient Care Associate to manage front desk duties and greet patients as they enter the practice. You will check-in/out, schedule appointments, and perform administrative tasks to keep the flow smooth.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong communication, and customer service skills, with knowledge of MS Office and EMR software; healthcare experience is a plus but training is available. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greeting patients professionally in person and on the phone.
• Answering questions or referring to appropriate staff.
• Schedule optimization and patient satisfaction.
• Notify providers of patient arrivals.
• Retrieve and update patient records to ensure information accuracy.
• Verify financial records and collect patient charges when applicable.
• Maintain office inventory and expedite supply orders.
