Qualifications

• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients professionally, in person and on the phone.
• Schedule to optimize provider calendars and patient satisfaction.
• Notify providers of patient arrivals and manage check-in/out.
• Verify and collect patient charges; file third-party claims.
• Maintain office inventory and equipment; assist with records.
• Provide excellent customer service.
