Responsibilities

• Greet patients and complete the check-in process.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and transcribe messages.
• Verify insurance eligibility and audit insurance claims.
• Enter documents into the EHR system.
• Confirm and reschedule appointments; manage recall system.
• Prepare charts for next day.
• Assist with contact lens sales via phone or doctor transition.
• Keep front desk organized; follow opening/closing procedures.
• Travel between practices as needed.
