Physicians Eyecare Group is hiring Doctor Technicians to deliver exceptional patient care as the pivotal link between our clinical services and retail teams. You will support clinical standards, assist with refractions and contact lens care, and help provide a smooth patient journey in-store.

The role emphasizes teamwork, effective communication, and adherence to HIPAA while delivering a positive customer experience. Competitive hourly wage with commission and benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients and/or customers
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment
• Skills necessary to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people
• Associate degree or advanced certification beyond high school or currently enrolled in a comparable program

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers and identify needs to ensure a memorable experience while promoting products and services
• Foster a strong partnership between retail and clinical teams
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Assist management with patient complaint resolution and track orders
• Maintain patient records confidential and HIPAA compliant
• Perform basic repairs, assemble lenses and edge stock lenses to expedite delivery of eyeglasses
