You will greet patients, gather information, schedule appointments, and assist with product and service information while maintaining HIPAA-compliant records.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or advanced certification or higher education.
• 2+ years delivering outstanding customer service to patients or customers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse groups.
• Customer-focused mindset with positive demeanor and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing business needs in a team environment.
• Flexibility in work hours based on business needs.
• Interest in technology and curiosity about current innovations in eyewear.
• Optical experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
