Job summary

LensCrafters in Boynton Beach, FL is seeking a Part-Time Optometric Technician to deliver the LensCrafters Experience. You will assist the optometrist, greet patients, handle exams preparation, and ensure accurate records while upholding HIPAA standards.

You will input data into CIAO, manage the contact lens room, support retail operations as needed, and maintain a professional image in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma and customer service experience are a must.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year strong customer service skills.
• Leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously in fast-paced environment.
• Experience in retail or optical preferred.
