• Review prescriptions and patient information for accuracy and needs.
• Manage patient records per HIPAA.
• Support retention and exam scheduling activities.
• Maintain contact lens room and inventory.
• Input patient data and services in CIAO system with correct fees.
• Ensure a safe working environment and assist in compliance of visual merchandising.
