Qualifications

• Must hold a licensed dispensing optician credential in states that require a license (ABO-certified acceptable where not required).
• Excellent eyewear product knowledge and passion for the eyewear/retail industry.
• Clear, professional communication that translates technical terms for customers.
• Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player who prioritizes customer happiness and brand values.

Responsibilities

• Directly assist customers to meet eyewear needs and drive sales.
• Take and record measurements, fit eyewear, and ensure precise adjustments.
• Verify that eyewear meets optical standards and customer requirements.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers.
• Collaborate with the team to implement best practices for service excellence.
• Assist customers in selecting frames/lenses based on prescription, fit, and lifestyle.
• Represent our brand and educate customers about Warby Parker’s values and mission.
