Warby Parker is seeking skilled opticians to join our in-house optical team and help customers see with confidence. You’ll take precise measurements, fit eyewear, and ensure finished products meet quality standards while explaining prescription terminology to customers.

You’ll work with a collaborative team and help shoppers choose frames that fit their prescriptions, face shape, and lifestyle, while aligning with Warby Parker’s values and mission.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician in states that require a license (or ABO-certified in non-licensing states).
• Proven passion for eyewear and retail with strong customer-service focus.
• Ability to explain prescription terminology clearly to customers.
• Detail-oriented and energetic team player ready for a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Work directly with customers to meet eyewear needs.
• Take and record measurements, adjust and fit eyewear with accuracy.
• Ensure eyewear meets optical standards and customer requests.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers.
• Collaborate with team to ensure exceptional service for all customers.
• Help customers choose frames and lenses based on prescriptions, face fit, and lifestyle.
• Contribute to best-practices for sales and service across the organization.
• Represent the brand and educate customers about Warby Parker values and mission.
