Responsibilities

• Review prescriptions and orders based on patient charts.
• Educate patients on lens and frame options to fit medical needs and lifestyle preferences.
• Provide honest but compassionate feedback about frame aesthetics.
• Achieve sales goals and quotas while addressing patients' needs and desires.
• Manage inventory of frames and contact lenses to ensure variety and satisfaction.
• Communicate with physicians about prescriptions and eye-related issues.
• Perform adjustments and repairs of eyewear.
• Place optical orders considering insurance benefits.
• Independently troubleshoot.
• Operate lensometer and other tools to ensure proper fitting.
