Responsibilities

• Educate patients on corrective lens options and help them choose based on medical needs and lifestyle.
• Provide feedback about frame aesthetics while meeting sales quotas.
• Manage frame and contact lens inventory to ensure variety and satisfaction.
• Communicate with physicians about prescriptions and eye-related issues.
• Perform adjustments and repairs of eyewear; place optical orders with understanding of insurance benefits.
• Independently troubleshoot and operate lensometer and other tools.
