Qualifications

• High School or GED required or equivalent.
• ABO/NCLE certification preferred but not required.
• Minimum of one year experience as an Optician preferred.
• HIPAA experience preferred.
• PC skills (MS Office, Windows) essential.
• Strong organizational and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; customer service focused.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional patient experiences with tailored eyewear recommendations.
• Assist patients in frame/lens choices based on prescription, lifestyle, and style.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, rebates, lenses, and frames.
• Communicate order status and resolve issues; escalate to management as needed.
• Ensure proper measurements, frame fit, and lens dispensing; perform eyewear adjustments and repairs.
