Warby Parker is seeking skilled Opticians to join our in-house optical team. You will become an expert on our glasses and help customers see clearly, delivering exceptional service and confident recommendations.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician in states that require a license (or ABO-certified optician in non-licensing states).
• Passionate about eyewear and retail industries.
• Clear, effective communicator who can explain terms to customers.

Responsabilités

• Work directly with customers to meet eyewear needs.
• Take and record measurements, adjust and fit eyewear with accuracy.
• Ensure finished eyewear meets optical standards and customer requirements.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers.
• Collaborate with team to deliver exceptional service.
• Help customers choose frames and lenses based on prescription, fit, style, and lifestyle.
• Contribute to best practices for sales and customer service across the organization.
• Represent the brand and educate customers about Warby Parker values.
