Job summary

Stanton Optical is looking for a Doctor’s Technician to serve as the first point of contact in-store, guiding patients from clinical services to retail. You will deliver exceptional customer service, facilitate sales, and coordinate with the retail and clinical teams to ensure a smooth patient experience.

The role requires strong communication, at least 2 years of customer service, and an associate degree or higher.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher or current enrollment in related program.
• 2+ years of customer service experience delivering excellent patient or customer care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for diverse audiences.
• Active listening, empathy, and ability to resolve issues calmly.
• Collaborative team player with goal-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers entering the store and identify needs to support sales.
• Foster partnership between the retail team and professional services.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient history and pre-tests.
• Assist with complaint resolution and communicate status of orders.
• Maintain brand standards through housekeeping and accurate lens/frame work.
• Edge stock lenses and ensure on-time delivery of eyewear.
• Monitor lab area for equipment issues and resolve order problems.
