EyeCare Partners LLC seeks an Optical Technician to dispense and fit glasses and contacts from prescriptions, delivering a world class Total Patient Experience and maximizing sales. You will assist patients in choosing frames and take precise measurements to ensure correct lens fitting.

Responsibilities include operating the lensometers, educating on lens options, and accurately handling orders and adjustments to meet patient needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year interacting with customers or patients.
• Medical office or ophthalmic experience preferred.
• Ability to pass background check as required by state.
• Must prove identity and right to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Deliver Total Patient Experience and build patient relationships.
• Assist patients in selecting frames according to style and measurements.
• Operate auto-lensometer and manual lensometer.
• Educate and recommend lenses, coatings, and frames.
• Take measurements including bridge, eye size, temple length, seg heights, vertex distance, pupillary distance, and pantoscopic tilt.
• Dispense orders and adjust frames.
• Dispense glasses and contact lens orders.
