Warby Parker is seeking an Optical Supervisor to join our in-store optical team in New York. You will rely on optical knowledge, warm customer interactions, and product expertise to create exceptional experiences for regulars and new customers alike.

As a keyholder, you will open/close the store, drive service quality, mentor opticians and retail advisors, and uphold operations. We value energetic, detail-oriented leaders who thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a licensed dispensing optician or ABO-certified professional.
• Ability to explain prescription terminology and eyewear options clearly to customers.
• Proven track record leading a small optical team and delivering high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Directly assist customers to meet eyewear needs and ensure accurate measurements and fittings.
• Record measurements, adjust eyewear, and verify finished products meet standards.
• Lead store operations, mentor staff, and maintain inventory and systems.
• Serve as main contact for customer questions and store performance.
