Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking an Optical Supervisor to lead a newly opening store at Flatiron Crossing. You will supervise the optical team, assist customers with eyewear needs, take measurements, and ensure high standards of quality and service.

• Licensed dispensing optician with 2+ years of experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Passionate about eyewear and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Clear, effective communicator who can simplify technical terms for customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with eyewear needs and measurements with accuracy.
• Open and close the store as a keyholder and oversee daily operations.
• Lead and mentor the Optical team and participate in the Apprentice Program.
• Maintain store systems, inventory databases, and general operations.
• Foster a productive, positive employee culture in the store.
