Job summary

Warby Parker seeks an Optical Supervisor to lead our in-house optical team and ensure top-tier customer experiences in-store. You will mentor opticians and retail advisors, open/close duties as keyholder, and maintain accurate eyewear fitting and records.

A licensed dispensing optician with 2+ years of supervisory experience is preferred; strong communication and product expertise required.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed dispensing optician with supervisory experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proven ability to mentor and lead a team of opticians and retail staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead optical duties ensuring accuracy in measurements, adjustments and fittings.
• Open/close responsibilities as a keyholder and maintain store operations.
• Mentor the Optical team and support the Apprentice Program.
