Job summary

Visionworks is seeking an Optical Supervisor/Assistant Manager to lead the store in the absence of the General Manager. This role models Visionworks values, drives performance, and coaches the team to deliver a simple, human and bold patient and customer journey.

You will promote profitability, supervise exam lane and sales floor, coordinate appointments, and mentor staff to achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets while ensuring a flawless customer experience on the floor.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED or equivalent experience required.
• 1-5 years of supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Promote profitability and achieve sales targets by guiding self and team.
• Lead patient/customer journey in exam lane and sales floor.
• Coordinate doctor appointments and eyewear services to meet patient needs.
• Coach associates to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
• Resolve issues in the patient/customer experience with GM support.
• Handle store operations to meet financial and customer experience goals.
