Visionworks is seeking an Optical Supervisor/Assistant Manager to lead the store in the absence of the General Manager. You will coach the team, drive sales targets, and ensure a seamless patient journey from exam to purchase.

Role models leadership, coordinates appointments, and supports the GM in achieving financial goals while maintaining a positive, human customer experience. Remote/hybrid work is referenced for some roles, but this listing addresses in-store leadership.

Competenze

• HS Diploma, GED or equivalent experience required.
• 1-5 years of supervisory experience required.

Mansioni

• Promote store profitability and achievement of sales targets.
• Role model and supervise patient journey on exam lane and sales floor.
• Assist GM in coordinating doctor appointments and eyewear services.
• Coach, motivate and support associates to deliver excellent patient experience.
