Job summary

Visionworks is seeking an Optical Supervisor/Assistant Manager to lead store operations and champion the patient journey from greeting to checkout. This role models Visionworks standards, supervises in the General Manager's absence, and helps achieve store financial goals through coaching and floor leadership.

The ideal candidate will have 1–5 years of supervisory experience, be customer-service oriented, and capable of coaching staff to deliver a flawless patient experience.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong customer service mindset and leadership skills.
• Ability to coach and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Promote profitability and hit sales targets daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Lead patient journey from exam to sales floor.
• Coordinate doctor appointments and eyewear services.
• Coach staff to deliver excellent patient experience.
• Handle obstacles with sound judgment to improve customer experience.
• Oversee operational activities to meet financial and customer goals.
