• Drive store profitability by meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Coordinate doctor appointments and eyewear services to meet patient needs.
• Motivate staff to perform at high standards for flawless patient experience.
• Resolve obstacles in patient experience in partnership with the GM.
• Oversee broad operations to achieve financial and customer goals.
