• 1-5 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote the store’s profitability and achievement of sales goals by delivering targets.
• Role model and engage in all steps of Patient/Customer journey on exam lane and sales floor.
• Coordinate doctor appointments and eyewear services to meet patient needs.
• Coach and develop associates to ensure a flawless patient experience.
• Execute operational activities to meet financial and customer experience goals.
