Job summary

Visionworks is seeking a charismatic Optical Supervisor/Assistant Manager in the United States to lead store operations and support the General Manager in achieving financial goals. You will model and drive the patient and customer journey, supervise staff, coach teams, and ensure a seamless experience.

The role emphasizes floor leadership, accountability, and coaching to deliver daily sales targets and superior customer service.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED or equivalent experience required.
• 1-5 years of supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Promote the store's profitability and sales goals by delivering daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Model and supervise the patient/customer journey on exam lanes and sales floor; provide coaching.
• Coordinate doctor appointments and eyewear services; ensure patient needs are met.
• Coach, motivate, and support associates to perform at a high level for a flawless experience.
• Resolve obstacles in the patient/customer experience in partnership with the GM.
• Lead all broad operational activities to meet financial and customer experience goals.
