Job summary

Visionworks in Chicago seeks an Optical Supervisor/Assistant Manager to lead the store in the absence of the General Manager and to drive the patient and customer journey with warmth and accountability.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED or equivalent experience required.
• 1-5 years of supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Promote store profitability and achievement of sales targets by holding self and team accountable to daily, weekly and monthly goals.
• Role model and engage in all steps of the Patient/Customer journey and supervise the exam lane and sales floor.
• Coordinate doctor appointments and eyewear services to meet patient needs.
• Coach, motivate, and support associates to perform in their roles with excellence.
• Execute broad operational activities to meet store financial and customer experience goals.
