Qualifications

• 1-5 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets with the team.
• Lead the patient journey and supervise staff on exam lanes and floor.
• Coordinate doctor appointments and eyewear services to meet patient needs.
• Coach and motivate associates to deliver excellent patient experiences.
• Resolve issues in the patient experience in partnership with the GM.
• Oversee daily operations to hit store financial and service goals.
