National Vision's America’s Best is seeking an Assistant Eyeglass Manager to lead the eyeglass department, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer experiences in a busy retail setting. You will supervise optical staff, manage inventory, and align store operations with company policies to promote sustainable growth.

The role emphasizes coaching, reporting, and collaboration with store leaders and doctors, with a focus on quality service, promotional execution, and compliance across shifts.

Formación

• Optical sales experience with supervision preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and build associate relationships.
• Solid understanding of store operations and standards for success.
• Strong communication skills for effective management of teams.
• Ability to analyze, create, and understand financial reports.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and achieve profit, sales and performance goals (e.g., reviewing P&L).
• Oversee eyeglass department efficiency and compliance with policies.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and guide associates to do the same.
• Ensure quality standards are met and review remakes to enforce policy.
• Communicate with General Manager, District Manager and Corporate Office; provide store reporting.
• Coordinate promotions, advertising and visual merchandising with staff and doctors.
• Supervise and motivate Opticians and sales associates; ensure day-to-day tasks completed.
• Assist with forecasting staffing needs and recruiting top talent.
• Motivate staff to exceed performance standards.
• Note: duties may vary due to state licensing requirements.
