Job summary

LensCrafters is seeking a Store Manager to lead operations and deliver exceptional customer service. You will integrate the Brand Story with flawless execution of the customer experience and drive store KPIs through teamwork and training.

The role requires managing a qualified retail team, coaching staff, and partnering with the Doctor of Optometry to optimize the customer and patient journey while ensuring safety and store standards.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent
• College degree or equivalent preferred
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Knowledge of optical products and Retail operations

Responsibilities

• Ensure unsurpassed Customer Service by LensCrafters team
• Provide training and coaching leveraging company programs
• Analyze reporting and implement action plans to improve store KPIs
• Attract and hire highly engaged team to ensure right people in the right roles
• Collaborate with the Doctor of Optometry to enhance customer experience and KPIs
• Oversee operational, inventory and visual standards to deliver an excellent customer experience
