Job summary

LensCrafters in Atlanta, GA is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead store operations and act as a business owner in the manager's absence. You will drive KPIs, ensure excellent patient and customer care, and model LensCrafters standards in a fast-paced optical retail setting.

The role requires a current Opticianry license and at least 1 year of supervisory experience, with the ability to work nights and weekends. A strong customer service orientation and leadership presence are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have current, valid state Opticianry license.
• 1+ year of management/supervisory experience with direct reports.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Act as a leader in absence of Store Manager and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, conversion, and customer count.
• Lead and train store team, provide feedback, and support recruiting to build a pipeline of talent.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, maintain store appearance, and manage scheduling (including nights/weekends).
• Provide expert lens knowledge and assist with eyewear fittings under state licensure.
