LensCrafters in Alpharetta, GA is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead in the absence of the Store Manager and act as a business owner in the marketplace. You will drive key performance metrics and support the team to deliver exceptional vision care and customer service.

Responsibilities include achieving sales and KPIs, coaching staff, maintaining store appearance, and building strong relationships with doctors and customers. Flexibility to work nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• 1+ year of management or supervisory experience with direct reports.
• Knowledge of retail operations, processes, and policies.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Familiarity with cash registers, computers, and calculators.
• Strong command of English for written and oral communication.
• Strong selling skills and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Delivers quality & improvement to exceed all key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Partner with store manager to lead & develop team.
• Executes visual directives & maintains store appearance.
• Maintains positive working relationship with doctors.
• Performs administrative duties.
• Works a flexible schedule, including nights & weekends.
