America’s Best, part of National Vision, seeks a General Manager to lead a store team, drive results, and create an exceptional experience for patients and associates. You’ll oversee operations, sales, and profitability while maintaining high standards of care.

You’ll recruit, coach, and manage staff, ensuring budgets met, and compliance with policies. A strong focus on service, merchandising, and team development will shape daily success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Knowledge of the optical industry is preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and build strong associate relationships.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales.
• Solid understanding of store operations and business performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily store operations, including staffing, inventory, planning, and policy enforcement.
• Lead, train, and develop associates through coaching and feedback.
• Monitor performance and guide teams to deliver excellent customer and patient experiences.
• Partner with the Doctor to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Conduct store audits and uphold standards in merchandising and service.
• Maintain accurate reporting and communicate with District Manager.
