Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience or experience in a clinical leadership role.
• An associates degree or advanced certification beyond a high school diploma; or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast paced team environment.
• Passion for exceptional patient care and a willingness to mentor and train others.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business and schedule requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and identify needs to provide information on products and services.
• Drive sales to meet store revenue goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Resolve customer issues and train the team on troubleshooting techniques.
• Supervise Doctors and Technicians in diagnostic testing and contact lens care.
• Ensure training and clinical standards are followed per PEG/EyeCare Group.
• Maintain accurate patient records and HIPAA compliance.
• Keep store brand standards and perform basic housekeeping.
• Coach Doctors and Technicians on contact lens insertion/removal and inventory management.
